If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can assess the issue and remake it where applicable.

How to Prepare Your Handwriting or Drawing
Please write or draw on a clean, unlined sheet of paper. Printer paper or sketchbook paper works best. For the best results, use bold, legible strokes; a medium-tip black marker such as a Sharpie is ideal.
