We offer this website—including all information, tools, and services—to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, and policies outlined here.

2. Refund & Return Policy
Customized / Personalised Designs:
Because all custom pieces (including our Forever-with-You designs) are crafted uniquely for you, these items are final sale once production has begun. If your custom piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, repair or remake the item at no additional cost.
All Other Items:
We want you to feel confident in choosing a Josanne Mark piece. If something is not as expected, we are here to assist.
Exchanges & Store Credit
For online purchases, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. Store credit is valid for one year.
To begin a return, email sales@josannemark.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) code and return address. Items sent without an RA code will be returned to sender at their expense.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned pieces must be in original, unworn condition, including all packaging. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Shipping, handling, and expedited delivery fees are non-refundable, and items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our studio.
Your Consumer Rights (Trinidad & Tobago)
Under the Consumer Protection and Safety Act, customers are entitled to a refund if an item is:

What Information We Collect
When you purchase from our store, we collect personal information such as name, address, and email.
When you browse our site, we automatically receive your IP address to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our online store is hosted by Ecwid, which provides our e-commerce platform. Your data is stored securely on their servers behind a firewall.

Payments are securely processed by third-party provider WiPay. These providers collect and use information only to the extent required to perform their services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies, especially if their operations fall under different jurisdictions.

13. Shipping
International orders are shipped and insured via FedEx. Orders within Trinidad & Tobago ship via UPS. Delivery timelines are estimates only. We will provide tracking details when your order ships. Products are deemed accepted upon delivery to the address you provide.
14. Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are not included in product prices. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable charges upon delivery. If you refuse delivery due to duties or taxes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your purchase, and you will receive store credit for the remaining balance (valid for one year).
