We hope you are delighted with your piece. However, if you wish to exchange it or receive store credit, returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

To initiate a return, please email sales@josannemark.com

to request a Return Authorization (RA) code and the return address. Items shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense. All shipping, handling, and expedited charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage. While in transit, items remain the customer’s responsibility; Josanne Mark Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during return shipment.

Please note: All sale items and custom-designed pieces are final sale. Custom items are non-returnable in accordance with Trinidad & Tobago consumer protection law.
