How to capture location coordinates

  • On your cellphone, open Google Maps in your web browser, (not on the app).

  • Search for the general location, then zoom in closely to find the exact spot you wish to use.

  • Press and hold an unlabelled area of the map to drop a pin.

  • Your coordinates will appear at the top of the screen. If they do not, tap the Dropped pin panel at the bottom.

  • Copy all the numbers exactly as shown, including any minus signs. They should appear in this format: 10.5914° N, 61.4553° W

  • ​When placing your online order, paste your copied coordinates onto the field provided for engraved text on the product page.

Verify Before Submitting

Paste the coordinates into Google Maps and confirm that the pin lands on the exact intended location. Check every digit, decimal point and minus sign carefully.  Your piece will be created using the coordinates exactly as provided, and their accuracy remains your responsibility.
