If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the concern and, where applicable, repair or remake the item at no additional cost to you.
How to Submit Your Handwriting or Illustration
Please write or draw your message on a clean, unlined sheet of paper; printer or sketchbook paper works best. For clarity, use bold, legible strokes; a medium-tip black marker such as a Sharpie is ideal.
Instructions for Fingerprints:
If you're in Trinidad and prefer we take your fingerprint, simply skip the fingerprint upload step. We'll reach out to arrange this for you.
