Crystal Jewelry in particular, must be handled with care. To prevent scratches and tarnishing and to keep your piece looking brand new, we recommend that you store your piece separately in a soft pouch or in an enclosed lined jewelry box. We strongly advise against: swimming, showering, sleeping or exercising while wearing your jewelry. Do not expose jewelry to household cleaning agents or cosmetics such as foundations, perfumes, hairsprays and to excessive heat. To keep your piece looking clean, gently wash with warm water soapy water, rinse and dry using a lint free cloth. The Metal parts can be lightly polished using a commercial silver polishing cloth DO NOT use a commercial dipping solution to clean aged bronze as the beautiful patina will be removed.

We hope you love your piece, but if it’s not quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Store credit is valid for one year.

To begin a return, please email sales@josannemark.com for a Return Authorisation (RA) code. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives defective, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a refund under Trinidad & Tobago consumer law. Please contact us right away so we can assist.
