BESPOKE/CUSTOM JEWELRY fee structure Consultation and Design Development We invite you to schedule a brief call to share your ideas and see if we’re the right fit for your vision. This initial conversation is complementary and helps us understand what you’re looking for before we begin the creative process. To move forward, a non-refundable Design Development Fee of TT $700 / US $110 per design is required before design work begins. This fee allows us to begin developing your concept. Once you proceed with production, this amount is credited toward your final purchase. Complex projects, such as heavily detailed or sculptural designs, may incur additional design fees, determined on a case-by-case basis. Because each piece begins with a design exploration stage (including sketches, refinement, and the consideration of multiple design directions before moving into the 3D model) a quotation can only be provided once the design has been decided on and the 3D model is built. If, at any stage, you wish to pursue an entirely new concept, an additional Design Development Fee will apply. Production To begin production, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the finished price, as quoted upon completion of the 3D model, is required. Sustainability and Ethics in Design The Horns used in my designs are ethically harvested from the domestic Asian Water Buffalo. At least 130 million domestic water buffalo exist, and more people depend on them than on any other domestic animal. The animals spend their lives working in agricultural fields in the remote parts or South Asia and are a prized resource for villagers who depend on agriculture to survive. When they die, nothing goes to waste! Everything from the meat and hides, to the bones and horns are used for something. Thus, the sale of the horns provide an income for a great many people. As a designer and as a producer, I believe I have a duty to the next generation, to do my part in contributing to sustainable living. It brings me great pleasure to create with this material.

We can work with impressions from babies, children and adults, including older loved ones. A clear photograph may be suitable. The palm or sole must be photographed straight on, in sharp focus and against a clean, uncluttered background. Handwriting & Drawings Yes. We may be able to preserve handwriting from letters, journals, postcards, recipes, greeting cards and other personal documents. Only the preparation required for engraving will be completed. Where possible, we may remove background lines, isolate or reposition selected words, and adjust the layout while preserving the character of the original. If the chosen detail overlaps with other writing or elements and cannot be separated cleanly, it may be more faithful to preserve it within a carefully selected excerpt from the original document. ENGAGEMENT RINGS & FINE JEWELRY Complimentary to you, we will replace or repair any piece that is damaged due to manufacturing defects (e.g. prongs that need to be tightened etc.) for a period of one year from the purchase date. Normal wear and tear and damages due to neglect, abuse or accidents are NOT covered by our warranty and will be repaired at a cost to the customer. Warranty coverage is based upon our inspection and sole determination. Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty. This includes paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage, or abuse. Please note that ONLY pieces registered for warranty will be covered. Registration also automatically qualifies you to receive invitations to special events and new collection launches. Invitations or notifications will be sent out no more than four times per year.
