Storage: To prevent scratches, tarnishing and to keep your jewelry looking brand new, store this piece separately in its original packaging or in an enclosed lined jewelry box. Cleaning: Soak in warm soapy water for a couple minutes (dish soap is best). Remove and gently brush with a SOFT toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry with a clean lint free cloth or dry using a blow dryer set to cool air.

We hope you love your piece, but if it’s not quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Store credit is valid for one year.

To begin a return, please email sales@josannemark.com for a Return Authorisation (RA) code. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives defective, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a refund under Trinidad & Tobago consumer law. Please contact us right away so we can assist.
