Using an Existing Audio | Voice Note | Video?

  • Send the highest-quality original file available.

  • Tell us the exact words or sound you would like used.

  • Provide the start and end timestamps, for example, 00:12–00:17.

Recording a New Message for Your Jewelry?

  • Choose a quiet room and turn off fans, music and television.

  • Use your phone’s voice recorder or WhatsApp to record your message.

  • Hold the phone approximately one hand’s length away.

  • Speak clearly and naturally at a steady pace.

  • Avoid long pauses between words.

  • Leave a brief moment of silence before and after speaking.

  • Record two or three versions and send the original audio files.

  • Short, continuous words or phrases generally create the clearest and most cohesive soundwave image.
