to request a Return Authorization (RA) code and the return address. Items shipped without an RA code will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense. All shipping, handling, and expedited charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage. While in transit, items remain the customer’s responsibility; Josanne Mark Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during return shipment.
