If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the concern and, where applicable, repair or remake the item at no additional cost to you.

How to Submit Your Handwriting or Illustration

Please write or draw your message on a clean, unlined sheet of paper; printer or sketchbook paper works best. For clarity, use bold, legible strokes; a medium-tip black marker such as a Sharpie is ideal.

If you’d like us to use handwriting or drawings from existing keepsakes,such as a postcard, journal entry, letter, or note. Simply email a clear photo or scan of the material before placing your order for pre-approval. Once approved, we’ll refine and adjust your design to ensure it fits perfectly on your finished piece.
